Trading Support Analyst

Job Description

The Trading Support Analyst is in charge of ensuring that trading, risk and compliance infrastructure is optimally set up to enable trading success. You will be required to interact with traders, risk managers, middle office and infrastructure administrators daily to support global trading activities in a unique and challenging, fast paced environment.
 
 

Responsibilities

Day to day duties includes but not limited to: 
  • Ensuring that administrative processes are conducted pre and post trading sessions
  • Research on trading assets to mitigate trading risk
  • Reconciliation and optimisation of trading costs and infrastructure
  • Ensuring compliance requirements for stock trading processes
  • Monitoring of risk and margin tools
  • Interact with counter parties to ensure trade execution
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required
 
 

Skills and Knowledge Required

  • You can help streamline processes and continue to automate increasingly complex processes. (Coding skills a plus!)
  • You can improve trading efficiency if you can analyse trading information to help improve cost structures or margin utilisation. (Quantitative skills a plus!)
  • You are a good communicator and is able to facilitate effective communication and interactions between various departments 
  • You are an advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel
  • You may have related experience and it would be ideal but not a pre-requisite
