Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the administration and documentation necessary across Middle Office functions:

- Coordinate between internal parties and external service providers/brokers for the setup and maintenance of trading accounts and other non-investment functions

- Undertake the day-to-day administration of investor funds and documentation

- Ensure compliance with administrative requirements of regulatory bodies

- Assist with invoice processing and finance administration/bookkeeping tasks

- Other general office management duties

Qualifications

- Excellent oral and written communication skills to liaise effectively with counter parties

- Quick learner and possess flexibility in delivering efficient and innovative solutions

- Able to multitask and work independently but collaborate with and support colleagues where required in other areas of work when assigned to do so

- Strong team player & fast learner who can work independently with minimal supervision

- Organised, good time management, meticulous and great attention to details

- Diploma or Bachelor Degree holders in Business Administration / Accounting or the equivalent will be highly preferred
