Job Description

We are looking for a unique individual whose ambition is to become a full fledged trader in a high frequency trading firm. The ideal incumbent would have some personal trading experience and is curious to learn more. Skills and Knowledge Required

  • -  Ability to work in a high-pressure, collaborative team environment

  • -  Ability to master and execute trading algorithmic and discretionary strategies

  • -  Exercises discipline and ensure consistency in identifying and navigating trading risks and opportunities

  • -  Possesses quick and decisive thinking and the ability to perform in a dynamic and stressful environment

Qualifications

  • - Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in the fields of Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Data Analytics, Commerce or Economics. 
  • -  Min 2 years personal/professional trading experience ideally

  • -  A thirst for learning and mastering how to excel in financial markets is a must

  • -  A personality void of ego and is able to self-manage and grow without excessive structure

  • -  View integrity as a core value

  • -  Ability to communicate concisely and effectively

  • -  Knowledge of any programming language will be an advantage e.g. Python

  • -  A strong passion for competitive activities e.g. trading, games, sports etc.
